**About the job**:

- Campaign planning: Gather insights and intelligence from different sources and support the development of marketing briefs.
- Create campaign plans of pan-regional campaigns for all competence centers at Synpulse while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Drive and manage the creation of collaterals and steer lead gen.
- Campaign tracking and analysis: Continuously work and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvement measures where necessary to meet defined KPIs.
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
- Partner with the global marketing team to drive group marketing initiatives.
- Support office management tasks together with the local internal services team.

**About you**:

- University degree in business, marketing or communication, a diploma or work experience in related field
- Experience in marketing and communication, preferably within the Financial Services or Consulting industry
- Entrepreneurial mind set, strong problem solver with a hands-on mentality as well as high customer and service orientation - Proven project management and communication skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of the consulting world
- International experience/background is a plus
- Knowledge of tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to cope with pressure and tight deadlines
- Flexible and proactive - able to focus on solutions instead of problems
