Wir suchen Sie als **Customer Service Representative (m/w/d)** in Vollzeit, Teilzeit - Vormittag, Schicht/Nacht/Wochenende für ein namhaftes Kundenunternehmen in Berlin.

**Ihre Aufgaben als Customer Service Representative (m/w/d) umfassen folgende Bereiche**:

- Telefonische Kundenbetreuung
- Erstellung von Angeboten
- Komplette Auftragsabwicklung
- Reklamationsbearbeitung
- Allgemeine Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Pflege der Stammdaten im CRM-System

**Ihre persönlichen Stärken zeichnen Sie aus**:

- Deutsch (Zwingend erforderlich)
