**What you will be doing**
- Utilizing AI to detect patterns in student reading and writing data, converting these insights into revolutionary strategies that redefine English language teaching and literary analysis.
- Creating AI-driven tools tailored to individual learning styles, making grammar intuitive, vocabulary acquisition engaging, and literary analysis accessible across all student levels.
- Developing dynamic learning pathways that adjust in real-time, guiding students from phonics to the analysis of complex texts, ensuring each learner advances at an optimal rate.
- Working alongside a diverse team of educators, linguists, and AI specialists to expand the horizons of language education, directly influencing the learning journeys of thousands of students.
- Transforming both classic and modern literature into interactive, AI-enhanced experiences that not only educate but also inspire a passion for reading and writing.
**What you will NOT be doing**
- Managing conventional English curriculums or engaging in administrative duties—this position is focused on innovation and strategic enhancement of language arts instruction within our accelerated model.
- Working in isolation—you will be part of a dynamic team exploring the boundaries of AI in English education.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or creating ELA curriculum, with a proven impact on educational outcomes
- Basic programming skills in any language
- Experience in designing, implementing, or utilizing AI systems for purposes such as content creation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and extract actionable insights
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of explaining intricate English/Language Arts concepts to a variety of stakeholders in a professional environment
