**What you will be doing**
- Designing and perpetually improving an AI-driven learning ecosystem that significantly outperforms traditional education, demonstrated by substantial student achievement data.
- Interacting directly with students through virtual platforms to gain insights into their learning experiences, challenges, and successes, using this feedback to continually refine the learning ecosystem.
- Extracting actionable insights from learning platform data to create impactful academic interventions using AI/ML, learning science, and motivational best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**
