Summary We are looking for a “Head of Finance Improvement (f/m/d)” for the “Head of Finance Improvement (f/m/d)” department at the Ulm, Taufkirchen or Oberkochen locations as soon as possible. The Head of Finance Improvement (f/m/d) is responsible for all financial improvement activities and ensures that operational improvements deliver the expected efficiency in terms of financial KPIs. Your Tasks- Together with Group Controlling, you will define and integrate efficiency targets for EBITDA and cash improvement targets for net working capital (DIO, DSO and DPO) for the annual corporate planning and forecast process, aligned with the targets of HENSOLDT's business units- For Hensoldt Go Wave 3, you act as a sparring partner and support the work packages with your financial expertise (business cases, accounting / mapping logic) and change initiatives for e.g. externalization of engineering services, modularization, industrialization of our current and future products, implementation of new operating models and operational excellence approaches, increasing the resilience of our supply chain and improving supplier performance with e.g. the implementation of APQP- Together with your stakeholders, you will identify potential for improvement in existing governance, processes and the organization and develop solutions and measures to increase efficiency- Collecting and analyzing data, monitoring and documenting ongoing improvement projects and ensuring targeted reporting to drive project / program decisions and provide business insights- Conduct program meetings with your stakeholders to track progress, implement new initiatives and improve existing programs and measures- You anchor the idea of continuous improvement sustainably as part of the corporate culture through training and consulting- You report directly to the CFO of the HENSOLDT Group Your Profile- Completed studies in business administration or comparable- Extensive professional experience in the field of finance- Several years of experience in project management and a strong basic understanding of processes- Experience with efficiency programs and especially in program management- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and good knowledge of SAP (SD / PS module)- Very good communication skills with various stakeholders as well as assertiveness and a strong solution orientation- Analytical, structured and networked way of working- Business fluent German and English skills Happy to hear- Work on extraordinary high-tech products at the limits of physics- Fair, performance-related remuneration, plus special payments- Flexible working time and workplace models- Company pension scheme- Individual development and training opportunities- Family-friendly working conditions and meal & snack options- Health promotion and mobility offers Discover more about our benefits " HERE ".
