**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Administrative Bearbeitung und Optimierung des Proximity Coordinator Prozesses (Organisation der Pflichtenübertragung bei transnationalen Teams)
- Planung und Durchführung von Teilprojekten inkl. Strukturplanerstellung, Leistungsüberwachung, Zeitplanung, Phasenprüfungen, Steuerung, Berichterstattung, Risiko
- und Chancenmanagement
- Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern
- Planung und Durchführung von internen Schulungen, Informationsveranstaltungen und Workshops
- Unterstützung des Change Managements bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse und Tools

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieur, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Prozessplanung und Prozessverbesserung
- Grundkenntnisse von Change Management, Projektmanagement und Risk Management
- Kenntnisse von SAP
- Datenbank-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Versierte Deutschkenntnisse
- Grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
