Make Life Easy for our users by making data-driven decisions with a user-centric approach
- Customer experience
- Reviewing user transactions, including complex cases that need careful decision-making
- Process improvements to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Quickly identify any suspicious activity and ensure compliance with legal requirements at all times
- Assist in the FIU reporting to satisfy our local regulators
- You have a thorough understanding of AML, EDD, and Compliance Operations topics
- You have in-depth investigation & problem solving skills, and have a strong sense of ethics in line with our commitment to ethical financial practices and responsible management of our users' assets
- You speak data and processes - your accuracy and attention to detail helping you communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders
- You are an effective and quick communicator in English
- You're proficient in German language
