Technical Procurement

**Your mission**:
As **Technical Procurement & Operations Support** you will play a key role in operational procurement and inventory management. You will support purchasing, monitor incoming goods and take care of efficient warehouse and shipping logistics. Working closely with the Finance team and the future Procurement team, you will ensure that all materials are in the right place at the right time and that processes run smoothly.

Incoming goods & quality control**:

- Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
- ** Warehouse management & stock control** - organising the warehouse and storage system and maintaining stock lists
- ** Returns & shipping** - Processing returns and coordinating national and international deliveries
- ** Customs & import processing** - support with the correct customs clearance and documentation of imports
- ** Supporting the Procurement Team** - liaising with Finance & Purchasing to handle order processes efficiently.

**Your profile**:

- Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship, ideally with experience in logistics, purchasing or warehouse management
- Experiences in incoming goods, dispatch or inventory management is an advantage
- Structured, careful and solution-orientated way of working
- Hands-on mentality and supportive attitude
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
