**This position will be on a fixed-term contract until December 2027.**

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You will perform research, analysis and experimentation for product, process development and improvement of immunoassays.
- You will participate in interdisciplinary Element Team/ Design Change / Design Transfer meetings.
- You will support team meetings where appropriate, responsible for the timely processing of assigned tasks.
- You will communicate and coordinate the tasks in the function and reports them back to the team.
- You will provide technical leadership of projects from concept to transfer to routine manufacturing and launch.
- You will ensure compliance with all company Health and Safety policies and procedures. To highlight any real or potential Health and Safety issues to management in a timely manner and assist in actioning their decision.

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You have a university degree or equivalent experience in Biological Sciences or related field.
- You have many years of R&D Industry experience in Life Sciences, Medical Devices or Diagnostics (preferred) or relevant transferrable experience.
- You have expert knowledge of analyzers, reagent and development processes

**Your attributes and skills**:

- You have very good language skills in English (verbal and written)
- You have the ability to work across different teams and collaborate effectively.
- You possess a high level of commitment, integrity and a high level of self-motivation.
