**Über den Job**:
Bei der neu entstehenden Stabsstelle im Bereich Markets sind Sie unternehmensweit zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Geschäftseinheiten für alle Themen rund um Pricing Strategie und Verhandlungen.
- Sie bauen das Operational Excellence & Pricing Center auf
- Sie treiben die strategische Ausrichtung von Preisgestaltungsmaßnahmen voran
- Sie unterstützen die Gewinn
- und Margenoptimierung sowie das Geschäftswachstum
- Sie entwickeln ein umfassendes Maßnahmencontrolling & -monitoring, mit direkter Berichtsfunktion an unseren Managing Director & ausgewählte Komitees
- Sie unterstützen unsere Projektteams bei der Erstellung, Anwendung & Weiterentwicklung von Maßnahmen sowie dem Controlling, Monitoring & Reporting von Optimierungs
- & Pricingpraktiken
- Sie führen Workshops, Business Updates und Community Schulungen zu pricing-spezifischen Themen durch
- Sie begleiten und bereiten Verhandlungen mit unseren Kunden vor
- Sie koordinieren die internationale Zusammenarbeit aller BearingPoint Länder, Communities und Mitarbeitenden

Die Position ist ab sofort und unbefristet in Vollzeit zu besetzen.

**Wen wir suchen**:

- Sie haben ein Masterstudium erfolgreich abgeschlossen und besitzen mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Professional Services und/oder im Einkauf von Leistungen aus dem Professional Services Bereich
- Mit Themen rund um Pricing Excellence, Verhandlungspraktiken, Prozessgestaltung und operativer Effizienz sind Sie bestens vertraut
- Sie bringen nachgewiesene Erfolge bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von B2B-Preisgestaltungs
- und Verhandlungsstrategien, Konzepten und der Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der betrieblichen Effizienz mit
- Sie verfügen über hervorragende analytische, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten und haben Erfahrung im Management von internationalen Projektteams
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Engagement, einschließlich der Bereitschaft zu Reisen im In
- und Ausland aus
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab (Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil)
