**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:

- You have a degree in graphic/media/communication design or completed a comparable apprenticeship and one or more years of professional experience, preferably at an advertising agency or creative department of a company
- You are comfortable with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and can work well with Mac OS
- You have the right intuition for aesthetics and design and can prove this to us in advance through work samples (website design, social media graphics, posters, flyers)
- Cross-media thinking as well as strong visual imagination and implementation skills
- You think in terms of your target audience, convince with your creativity and innovative ways of thinking
- You are up to date regarding the latest design trends, must-haves, and technologies
- You are organized and have no problem handling several dynamic projects and stakeholders at the same time
- You have a very good command of German and English (written and spoken)

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- You are passionate about design and creatively translate Tradebyte stories into engaging media assets relevant to the defined target audience, stage in the customer journey, communication channel, and topic - from conceptualisation to implementation
- Together with your design colleagues, you create Tradebyte's look
- You disrupt our teams with your creative ideas
- You know how to simplify complex content into smart visual formats, from website graphics to infographics
- You support the development of our print and digital design formats
- You work hand in hand with our content creation team to create converting and performing advertising content
- You are the master of our merch. You check samples, develop designs, and are our in-house merch designer (e.g. for hoodies, laptop bags, notebooks, etc.)
- You use data to understand what formats/media/assets work well to reach business goals
