At RWE Renewables Onshore/ PV Europe and Australia, we believe in the power of innovation and proactive talent acquisition. We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Talent Sourcer to join our team and take a pivotal role in identifying and engaging experienced professionals for our niche roles within the organization.
**Tasks**
- Manage all aspects of external and internal recruiting, advise hiring managers and ensure that the defined processes are adhered to
- Support in the development of staffing strategies for the individual vacancies in the department within the area of responsibility from start to finish using the most modern methods and tools
- Consistently ensuring compliance with legal and quality standards in recruiting Preparation of the necessary documents for works council hearings**Profile**
- First experience in the end to end recruiting of experienced professionals
- Confident handling and comprehensive knowledge of MS Office, SharePoint and SuccessFactors
- Fluent in German and English
- Independent, conceptual and structured working style
