Commercial platforms support us to give excellent service from new potential customers to existing customers by managing their customer journey from lead-to-contract, contract-to-fulfillment.**meaningful & challenging - Your tasks**
- We are running a European scale transformation program - you are going to work jointly with central and regional teams in a collaborative manner to plan, set-up projects and deliver transformation projects according to our
- Digital Sales Platform roadmap
- You will widely use your project management and commercial platform consultancy skills
- You support our regional teams to develop and align a Digital Sales Platform target picture
- You will drive Digital Sales platform implementation and enable regional teams to develop blueprints for others
- You are adding value to completing the regional commercial platform transformation by using your field of experience which can be: project management; project analysis, solution architecture design, or demand management
- You understand and reflect the individual local needs and derive actionable local and central KPIs for short and mid-term impact
- You support the Senior Business Partner as a SpoC of the relevant project you will be working in

**authentic & ambitious - Your profile**
- Completed degree in a relevant field in Information Technology or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in project or agile project management and/or Solution Architecture design
- Comprehensive understanding of E.ON's corporate strategy
- Strong understanding of commercial IT platforms from technological aspect; understanding of energy business preferably of more than one country- Extensive SAP IS-U or ERP implementation experience or SalesForce / Microsoft Dynamics products
- Personal strengths are reflected in a strong ability to think ahead and a distinctive capability to understand complex situations and develop solutions
- Excellent team
- and self-motivation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build networks, both within the company and externally
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and very good knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Romanian or Czech; German language skills are a plus
