RWE Renewables Onshore & PV Europe & Australia (OPEA) seeks a motivated Working Student to join our Business Transformation team. This role is ideal for a student interested in gaining hands-on experience in consultancy, business transformation, and project management. The working student will support ongoing transformation initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, improving systems, and driving cultural change within the organization.

**About the role**
- Project Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of project tasks, including updating project plans, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation
- Communications Creation: Develop internal communications such as newsletters, updates, and presentations to keep stakeholders informed about project milestones and successes
- Stakeholder Follow-up: Support project managers in following up with stakeholders to gather information, confirm participation in meetings, and ensure timely completion of project tasks
- Training Material Development: Help create training materials and guides to support change initiatives, ensuring that content is clear, engaging, and aligned with project objectives
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in data gathering and analysis to measure the impact of transformation initiatives and prepare reports for internal review
- Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and assist in organizing workshops and other project-related events

**Job requirements and experiences**
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to self-organise and work in a highly autonomous way
- Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to build good quality meeting materials, reports, and presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in consultancy, business transformation, or project management
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, German is a plus
- Motivated to travel domestically & internationally if requires
