**Your responsibilities**
- Design & develop automation framework to support Self-Service for LoBs - shifting to the users to speed up time to market, focus on microservices, orchestration and reusability
- Develop and maintain automation platforms
- Execution of operational improvement automation initiatives focused on cloud
- Implement automated workflows for cloud resources provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure-as-code
- Create runbooks (azure automation accounts), develop terraform templates, ansible playbooks, build tasks and release pipeline in Azure DevOps & GitHub as required
- Developing new ideas with the help of using innovative technologies
- Lead various interfaces to stakeholder, suppliers, partners and process owners cross functions
- Create, develop and maintain automation dashboard and reports
- Working in an Agile DevOps structure

**Your profile**

The technology focus will be, but not limited to:.NET, Azure Automation, Azure PowerShell, Terraform, Azure DevOps, Knowledge of ServiceNow APIs, understanding of Azure Landing Zones and different Azure services (AADDS, Azure VMs, resource graph, automation, log analytics, azure alerts, azure activity and diagnostic logs etc.). As a member of a cohesive team, you will have influence over a broad range of solutions that create value for our customers. Your technical and relationship skills will be required to ensure success.
- University or higher degree educated with related experiences in successful project management and execution, engineering and process optimization
- Experience in leading a multi diverse team of experts & projects
- Having an appetite for new and innovative technologies e.g. which can be used to analyse, optimize and automate
- Good interpersonal in verbal and written communication skills such as chairing meetings, facilitating workshops, presenting to peers and building personal networks
- You will need strong conceptualisation skills
- A demonstrable record of being able to translate abstract concepts into concrete technically-sound recommendations for action across a broad spectrum of technologies.
- You should have excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical details in non-technical terms.
- Influence senior stakeholders, and to operate both tactically and strategically to influence in the short and long term.
- Fluent in English language, and any German language skills is an advantage
