Reporting to the Country Manager Germany, and being a member of the German Management team, you will lead the German Sales and Marketing teams, and closely work with global Marketing, Sales, and Operations leaders. **Your challenge** - Define, articulate, and implement the **customer Growth strategy **for our SaaS payroll solution. - Develop, continuously optimize, and iterate the **Marketing roadmap** along the customer funnel covering brand awareness, organic and paid traffic generation, and conversion optimization. - Develop, continuously optimize, and iterate the **Sales approach** with focus on conversion efficiency and ROI. - Drive synergies between Marketing and Sales, and create operational efficiencies. - Forecast budgets, control spend, and gain cost efficiencies. - Ensure we leverage the latest Marketing and Sales trends, use top-notch technology, and act based on a consistent and reliable data base. - Identify and execute opportunities to reach new customer segments. - Establish yourself as the growth strategist in the German Management team, and support a business culture of customer obsession and innovation. - Lead, manage, and develop the German Marketing and Sales teams. **This job is tailored for you if** - You have **10+ years experience in Growth **management**, either in Marketing, or in Sales, preferably in both,** including at least 5 years as **manager leading team of 8-10 headcount.**: - You have **experience in building awareness** for new products. - You have **experience in organic and paid traffic generation**. - You have **experience in setting up viable performance marketing structures** and tracking systems.
