Ensuring that all financial data is thoroughly prepared, continually optimized through automation, and accurately communicated to the group’s Financial Controlling department is key to our ongoing success.
Tasks
As the Finance Controller, you will serve as the pivotal link between our internal accounting team, senior management, and the Flexion Group’s Financial Controlling unit. You will streamline our budgeting, payroll, and reporting processes, ensure strict compliance with applicable regulations, and prepare data so it can be effectively leveraged both internally and at the group level. Your focus will be on identifying automation opportunities, enhancing data flows, and elevating our finance function to new heights.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and analyses for internal stakeholders and the Flexion Group’s Financial Controlling department
- Consolidate and maintain all accounting data, ensuring compliance with legal standards and internal policies
- Collaborate closely with the group-level controlling team to optimize data flows and capitalize on automation opportunities
- Develop and implement internal controls, guidelines, and best practices to enhance efficiency and transparency
- Continuously improve budgeting, payroll, and billing processes

**Requirements**:

- Several years of professional experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting, controlling, taxation, and compliance
- Familiarity with ERP systems and openness to process automation and systems integration
- Excellent analytical skills to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations
- Outstanding communication and coordination abilities to effectively interface with internal teams and the Flexion Group’s financial department
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; certifications like CPA or CA are a plus
