**Sub-Headline** For our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as Financial Controller (f/m/x)**
**TASKS WITH IMPACT**
- Establish a structured capital market reporting including an integrated financial story in close collaboration with the Planning team
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance evaluations and business commentary for the DOUGLAS Group
- Manage and drive regular forecasting processes and annual budget planning
- Improve and further develop group-wide planning and forecasting processes
- Prepare impactful reports and presentations for both financial and non-financial KPIs
- Serve as a commercial sparring partner for international subsidiaries and support the Mgt Board with financial steering input
- Evolve current steering instruments and ensure governance over financial KPIs
- Take part in operational and strategic group-wide finance projects

**YOUR SKILLS**
- Successfully completed university degree in business administration with a focus on Finance or Controlling
- Several years of professional experience in controlling or in an audit firm, ideally in a retail or FMCG environment
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Confident handling of BI tools and multidimensional reporting systems
- Analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into actionable insights (e.g. dashboards)
- A proactive and structured workstyle combined with the motivation to drive change in a dynamic setting
- Strong communication skills and fluency in both German and English
