We are constantly moving forward and looking out for a Service Partner Management Assistant to support our growth in the solar industry.
- Support and assist to coordinate service partners management and quality, health and safety department.
- Inspect and monitor service partners' performance.
- Assist service partner management and Quality teams to develop internal documentation: contract templates, addendums, additional agreements, internal procedures, quality procedures, quality, health and safety plans, warranties.
- Support for performance management and acceptance(check and approve payments).
- Support with administration tasks of SP Q&S department.
- Assist to keep tracking department task, scheduling the meetings and MoM management.
- Developing and managing reporting documentation of the department and collecting all data.

**Profile**:
All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind its all about electrical equipment, thats why it is essential for you to have:

- Purchasing/Supply Chain/Administrative/Legal or similar level.
- Document control experience is desirable.
- Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Proficiency in verbal and written English (C1 at least) is needed; other European languages (Spanish, German, Italian or French) is desirable.
