SolarEdge is a high growth company operating on a global scale and a leader in Smart Energy Solution. As part of our efforts to scale, further corporate development resources are being set-up to better serve our regional footprint. This team will have strong impact on shaping the transformation to renewable energies that is needed to reach climate goals.

**The role & responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Building and maintaining good contacts to a significant number of relevant companies in Renewable Energy, High Tech, Digital Services, eMobility and Storage
- Evaluating investment and acquisition opportunities
- Working with the global strategy team and the European team to identify the right path for make, buy or partner
- Identifying relevant and working on partnerships with major corporations based out of Europe
- Lead due diligence and other M&A activities
- Support integrations of potential acquisitions
- Interim management, helping our organization in spinning up new products, partnerships or other endeavours and from time to time taking a lead role in these

**Your Background**:

- 7+ Years in Investment banking, Private Equity, Consulting, Law firm, VC or in a Corporate M&A function
- International experience or background, strong experience with intercultural management
- Experience working in a hyper-growth environment
- Experience in (Renewable) Energy, Home Services or Distribution a plus
- Experience in building and managing cross functional, interdisciplinary teams in a remote set-up
- Strong language skills with German and English as must have and another European language or Hebrew being a plus
- Strong financial skills (Valuation methods, ability to read & model businesses cases)
