We are looking for a **UI/UX Design Lead (f/m/d)** to work at our offices in Berlin, Erlangen or remote.

**Here’s what you’ll do**
- Take responsibility for both people and product (design & research).
- Mentor a team of 5 UI/UX designers, provide feedback and foster talent growth.
- Remove any barriers for your team, and let them grow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape our product. Continue to develop the UI/UX vision, strategy, workflows and tools and ensure your team delivers a customer-centric UI/UX experience.
- Support the team in research, requirements gathering and hypothesis formulation.
- Help your team to work closely with the data and PO team to explore and validate new ideas directly with our users.
- Be the design advocate within the Thomann.io team and promote cross-departmental work.

**Skills you should have**
- Experience as a people and functional lead in the area of UX/UI design, ideally in e-commerce
- You know the entire product development and design cycle by heart
- You have a good understanding of agile leadership
- You have several years of professional experience in the field of design and user research
- Proficient English language skills and fluent in German
