**In Bremen or remote we are looking for a **Commercial Controller (M/F/d)**

Exciting opportunity in the newly created Division based in Bremen, Germany or remote for a proactive, business-oriented, and structured senior financial manager. You will be part of an international finance team with lean management structures.

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:
The Commercial Controller is the
**financial advisor** and
**business partner to the Sales & Marketing team** of the Division. He/she manages all areas of financial responsibility, including financial reporting and forecasting, business analysis, resource allocation and capital planning as well as acquisition analysis. He/she plays a key role in making the Division and Bruker Group more efficient and effective.
- Support the commercial management team in the formulation of **strategies and targets** that balance **revenue growth**, operating profitability and cash flow across all businesses within the Division
- Assess business performance and results against both the **annual budget** and company’s long-term strategy and related business insights
- Manage **planning & forecasting**, revenue and margin analysis as well as **price management**:

- Define **KPIs** and create meaningful **reports** to drive business improvement and recommendations
- ** Key user for SAP (FI/CO),** SAP SAC and Power-BI as well as Sales Force quote approval member
- ** Revenue recognition** and installed Base reporting
- Special projects, incl. support on valuation execution of potential acquisitions and PMI

Qualifikationen:

- Affinity for numbers, analytical thinking, structured working style, high degree of independent action and initiative
- ** Advanced business partnering** and communication skills, including **high customer support orientation**, agility, sense of urgency and responsiveness
- ** Team orientation** also beyond organizational boundaries, resilience and enthusiasm
- Business degree in Finance, minimum of **5 years’ experience in similar role**:

- ** SAP R/3 experience in FI/CO**:

- Advanced knowledge of **US GAAP or IFRS**, advanced level in **Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI**:

- ** Fluent in English **and **Business fluent in German **language
