Für die Leitung unseres deutschen Network Operations Center in Düsseldorf suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen Manager (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben bei uns
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des deutschen Network Operations Center (Remote Customer Service Center). Du leitest und koordinierst ein Team von erfahrenen Managed Service Engineers mit unterschiedlichen fachlichen Schwerpunkten
- Du bist Teil unseres globalen NOC und garantierst gemeinsam mit anderen Serviceeinheiten die SLA's unserer Kunden
- Verantwortung für ein zukunftsorientieres Schulungskonzept, welches Mitarbeitende immer auf den best practice Stand bringt
- Du verantwortest die nutzenorientierte Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Ziele sowie die Einhaltung von gruppen
- und bereichsspezifischer KPIs
- Dein Ziel ist die Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Kompetenzentwicklung/-erhalt der Mitarbeitenden
- Weiterentwicklung von Automatisierungsprozessen
- Koordination des Schichtbetriebs

Was Du mitbringst
- Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt Technik oder ein Hochschulstudium im Umfeld der Informationstechnologie
- Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der ITK Branche
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Teams
- Erfahrung im IT Umfeld, Customer Help Desk und ITIL
- Zertifizierungen in den Bereichen ITIL V3 und Projektmanagement (Prince 2) wünschenswert
- Sicheren Umgang mit den MS Office Programmen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
