**Job brief**:
We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating financial transparency, facilitating decision-making processes for management and investors, and overseeing the further development of our controlling and reporting procedures.

**In this role you will**:

- Provide financial transparency and decision support to management and investors.
- Oversee the development of controlling and reporting processes and tools.
- Support the financial forecasting process and establish proper budgeting and forecasting procedures.
- Coordinate regular target/actual comparisons.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
- Act as a liaison between the business and accounting, assisting with invoicing and subscription management.
- Liaise internal stakeholders to obtain and share relevant information.

**About you**:

- Degree in business administration, with a focus on controlling or accounting.
- At least 3 years work experience in accounting, controlling, or finance.
- Valid work permit for Germany.
- Technical understanding to quickly learn our tools and programs.
- Self-starter, eager to take on new roles and responsibilities.
- Not afraid to challenge existing processes, and you actively contribute your own ideas.
- You are a strong communicator, fluent in both German and English.
- You approach problems in a structured way and can remain calm under pressure.
- You are proficient in common MS Office solutions, especially Excel.
