Are you a leader of people with extensive experience in an online travel organisation in the Polish market? Looking for a hybrid or fully remote, full-time role in an exciting and growing travel company?

**DUTIES ON DECK**:

- Be the public face of the WakacyjniPiraci brand on behalf of the HolidayPirates Group, growing the business through the creation and development of commercial partnerships
- Develop the market for HolidayPirates by looking for opportunities, evaluating options and executing along a clear long-term and mid-term action plan for all areas of the local business to increase reach, traffic, conversion, interaction level with users and of course also increase overall revenues
- Grow the HolidayPirates audience in Poland across all of our native and social platforms
- Lead communications and PR activities to achieve great awareness and relevance in the leading PL media outlets
- Represent the company in the PL travel and media scene and expand our B2B market relevance
- Lead a growing team with hands-on day-to-day responsibilities and excellent attention to detail as well as preparing and leading feedback talks for team members
- Play a proactive role in the HolidayPirates executive team

**YOUR TREASURE OF EXPERIENCE**:

- 5+ years of experience in a successful Polish travel brand, including 3+ years in management
- Proven ability to create and develop commercial partnerships
- Leadership experience, incl. people development
- An expert in the Polish travel scene
- Good knowledge to use sales forecast and other programs to analyze data
- Hands-on mentality and a good listener to understand various stakeholders needs
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (and native Polish)
