**Company Description**
We are looking for a Business Process Engineer to work closely alongside our Shared Operations Services team as well as the local Operations teams across Europe. In our AUTO1 Group Operations Department we ensure smooth processes by combining operational thinking with strategic skill. You will be responsible for reviewing existing processes, collecting best practices, spotting criticalities and proposing improvements, with your primary focus being scalability.
- Be responsible for performance management and target achievement of assigned operational KPIs by periodically reviewing data and results with stakeholders
- Define short
- and long-term improvement actions and their prioritization according to the company's current goals and strategy
- Take ownership of implementing the identified solutions by coordinating internal resources and relevant stakeholders to ensure a successful and timely rollout
- Serve as the point of contact for the local Operations teams as well as other departments within the company to help clarify processes and targets
- Organize regular multi-departmental and international strategic meetings in order to review results and plan next action items

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or in another related field
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in Business Process Reengineering, Project Management, or Operations
- Scrupulous and organized mindset, being able to build structure from the ground up
- Flexibility to travel within Europe to visit our headquarters
- Fast adapting personality with a strong sense of taking responsibility, initiatives and working independently
- Strong analytical skills, being able to derive actionable items from large data sets and proficiency with MS-Excel and Google Sheets
- Fluent in English - verbal and written, knowledge of other European language like Spanish, Italian, German or French is a plus
