**Job Description**:

- Work part time (~ 20 hours/ week) in and from Munich
- Develop audit programs and conduct audits
- Take full responsibility for independently performing audits in selected audit areas according to the audit plan (preferably also with focus on IT and ISMS)
- Prepare audit reports, communicate results and monitor the implementation of agreed remediation actions
- Contribute to the risk analysis and update of the audit universe
- Help to continuously improve Internal Audit processes
- Be the right hand of the Head of Internal Audit
- Work closely with other areas (such as Compliance, Risk, Product, Finance, Client Service, Capital Markets, Operations)
- In-depth insights into key areas of a fast growing FinTech company

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Economics, Finance, Law or comparable studies
- Ideally CIA or other relevant certifications (or the willingness to obtain)
- Several years of professional experience in the financial sector (e.g. at a bank, investment firm, insurance or a well-known audit firm)
- Strong experience in the field of (internal) auditing within the financial sector
- Experience with IT/ISMS audits and knowledge of respective guidelines and standards (e.g. ISO 27001, BAIT, EBA ICT and security risk management Guidelines)
- High sense of responsibility, especially when dealing with sensitive data / information
- Good people, communication and social skills and in particular the ability to deal with (potential) conflicting situations
- Characterized by a careful, systematic, independent and practical approach to work
- Organizational talent and a quick grasp of new topics in a short period of time
- Willingness to keep up with industry and regulatory developments
- Conscientious, trustworthy and reliable team player
- Fluent in German and English
