Senior UX Writer

As Senior UX Writer / Content Designer for German copy in our customer app you are responsible for creating, validating and implementing human-centred conversations. You are collaborating with the agile squads to deliver smooth and delightful customer experiences. The cross-functional wefox product design team works end-to-end on the customer lifecycle with development, product management, and content design. Starting with mining insights from user research, ideation and prototyping, and usability testing and iteration, your role brings accessible and trustworthy language, clear CTAs and logical user flows throughout the app’s interface.

**Responsibilities**:

- As a member of the product design team, you propose user-centred and data-driven ideas for UX writing and content design options, creating impact via tone of voice, word choices and accessibility.
- Work on the product roadmap, the language of wefox, guide people through the app and retain them through storytelling.
- Challenge the status quo via audits and take your learnings to bring the app to the next level.
- Show your approach to include all team members and get stakeholder buy-in.
- Use fitting, relevant and helpful UX copy to make a difference for the world’s biggest insurtech.
- Create Guidelines, style guides, glossaries, documentation and knowledge share formats centred around user data, analytics, KPIs and business goals.
- Map out timelines for usability testing to strategically work with matching research methods.
- Establish mindfulness for all requirements and constraints of our industry, product and business to measure strategies and concepts for the content design agenda.
- Take interest in teaching and supporting others in junior roles to act as role model.

About you
- 5 or more years of hands-on experience in a corporate setting dealing with product and a focus on B2C and UX writing / content design (a background in insurtech, fintech or banking is great, but not required)
- Advanced skills crafting UX copy for a delightful app and making an impact visible in KPIs
- Creating prototypes, wireframes and user flows comes easy to you, and you collaborate from anywhere with your team
- Qualitative and quantitative research is your tool to create engaging experiences via words (show us those examples and their wins in your portfolio)
- German native skills, ideally bi
- or multilingual in other European languages (English is our business language, for a smooth and clear communication you will need a level of C1 to C2)
- If the agile framework Scrum is nothing new to you, please outline in your portfolio how collaboration and hand offs have worked out for you so for (we have the privilege of working with highly skilled agile experts to run all sprints like a breeze)
- Outstanding communication skills and convincing presentations complete your abilities to win others over.
