**Your Role**
- Develop innovative flavor proposals and continuously enhance raw material expertise to translate the latest market trends into proactive creation concepts.
- Act as a dedicated technical lead for specific customers, understanding their needs and ensuring tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with procurement to identify and integrate new, innovative raw materials.
- Work closely with the Research & Technology (R&T) department to develop and implement new technical systems within the organization.
- Partner with Portfolio Management, Category Management, Sensory, Marketing, Regulatory, and Sales teams to deliver best-in-class flavor solutions.
- Ensure the quality of flavor developments, considering commercial viability, stability, regulatory compliance, ecological impact, and product safety.
- Continuously refine existing formulations to maintain competitiveness and improve market success rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their flavor and taste preferences, supporting business growth and retention.
- Actively participate in customer presentations, innovation workshops, and the preparation of extruded snack samples for demonstrations.
**About You**
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Nutritional Sciences, or a related field.
- High level of motivation, creativity, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to internal and external partners as required.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
