The international office, embedded within the external engagement department, serves all programs at ESMT Berlin to further internationalize the curriculum through establishing and maintaining international academic partnerships, as well as managing exchanges and study abroad opportunities for both students and staff. To support our international office, we are looking for an **Erasmus Mobility Coordinator** (M/F/x, 20 h/week, 2-year contract with potential to renew, to start as soon as possible) **You will**: - Act as the main point of contact for the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) regarding the ERASMUS+ program - Manage reporting, contract, and document administration, particularly within the ERASMUS+ program - Arrange payments of ERASMUS+ grants to individual students and staff - Communicate and coordinate program requirements with internal partners such as the international office team, examinations office, grants department, and accounting department - Maintain and develop external databases ("Beneficiary Module" and "EWP Dashboard") - Implement and maintain an internal database ("Mobility Online") or similar system **You are qualified for this position, because you**: - Have previous experience in an international office or EU grant management role - Have worked with the European Commission's ERASMUS+ program - Demonstrate proficiency in the German language at level C1 or higher - Have experience in budget management and/or are good with numbers - Possess a high degree of organizational ability and attention to detail, including maintaining accurate database records, report writing, and budget preparation and control - Have a hands-on working attitude and can remain calm during challenging phases - Can work independently in a multicultural environment **This is what we can offer you**: ESMT offers a very collegial and international environment with employees from more than 35 different countries.
