Wir suchen einen Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung in der Besetzung von Hightech und Engineering Stellen um unser Team an schlauen Köpfen zu erweitern.

Ihre Aufgaben
- **Zusammenarbeit**: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Engineering-Teams, um technische Rollen optimal zu verstehen und ideale Kandidatenprofile zu definieren
- **Active Sourcing**: Direktansprache von Hightech/Engineering-Talenten im Bereich AI/ML über verschiedene Kanäle wie LinkedIn, Jobbörsen und Social Media
- **Recruiting
- Prozess**: Verantwortung für den gesamten Prozess - von der Stellenausschreibung bis hin zu ersten Interviews; LinkedIn
- und Instagram-Postings
- **Forschung und Innovation**: Beobachtung von Branchentrends, Gehaltsbenchmarks und neuen Technologien, um neue zukunftsweisende Recruiting
- Strategien zu entwickeln
- **Unsere Zielgruppe**: kluge Köpfe im Bereich Hightech & Engineering von Absolventen bis zu hoch qualifizierten Spezialisten

Ihr Profil
- Bachelor oder Master in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Hightech & Engineering Recruitment
- Starkes Verständnis für IT Rollen, Technologien und Industrie
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Vertrauter Umgang mit Sourcing Tools (z.B. LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Kreativität bei der Personalbeschaffung
