**Who You Are**
This unique position will see you providing Quality Control and Instructional Design (ISD) consultancy for Astronaut and Ground Support Personnel (GSP) training. You will be helping to prepare humans for missions to the International Space Station (ISS), the Moon and beyond. This position is permanent and part time (20hrs per week).
If you have:
- Experience working with Instructors/Subject Matter Experts
- Proven track record of developing and delivering training courseware
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience of working in a multi-national environment

**What You Will Focus on**
- Review and amend training objectives, storyboards, lessons and associated training content.
- Participate in lesson dry runs and courseware reviews.
- Provide feedback and mentoring to instructors on lesson content and delivery.
- Train new instructors in instructional techniques.
- Provide consultation as required for review and development of training courseware.
**What You Bring**
Essentially
- And**/or** a minimum 5 years experience in an ISD or training development role
- Native or C1 level English
- High level of integrity and empathy
- Proven ability to foster positive relationships across teams and hierarchies
- Knowledge of learning design models and the training process (eg ADDIE, SAT)
- Good Office skills (especially PPT and Word)
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility, with an ability to adapt and problem solve
Desirably
- Experience of curriculum design
- Multimedia skills (e.g. photo/graphic editing and manipulation)
- Experience of remote synchronous training
- Use of Learning Management Systems
- Experience of project management for multi-team projects
