Big Mamma is a Franco-Italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 8 years, we have opened 24 restaurants in Europe (France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany and Italy).

We are loooking for a Host or Hostess 20 hour per week for our restaurant Edmondo in Hohe Bleichen 17, 20354 Hamburg

**Host/Hostess (m/w/d)‍️**

**Your Mission**:

- A single watchword: welcoming all our customers with the BIG SMILE
- Take our customers on a journey to Italy and give them the best time of their day.
- Learn all the secrets of our Seven Room reservation software to become an expert in reservation management and table optimization.
- Understand the type of customer you're dealing with, manage stress well and find the right solutions to the problems you face.
- Become an expert in the art of easing the wait.
