Become part of the PowerCo Energy Storage Solutions team and CELLebrate in a highly motivated team and with a strong vision to drive innovative energy storage solutions:

- Developing and refining the strategic positioning of the ESS business unit in line with PowerCo ESS visison and supported by market, competitor and capability assessment
- Defining, reviewing and adjusting road-map and strategic initiatives to achieve strategic goals and targets
- Ensuring up to date market intelligence to keep track of external dynamics, adapt existing business models and product portfolio, and identify new business opportunities
- Analyzing and anticipating market developments and trends including price forecasts and regulatory regimes to formulate strategic priorities

**What you need for our CELLebration**
- Successfully completed studies or comparable training
- (Several years) of experience in the field of strategy development and market analysis in the energy storage market
- Strong analytical skills coupled with strategic foresight, scenario development and complexity management skills
- High degree of initiative, willingness to take responsibility and focus on results
- Strong ability to work in a team and good, intercultural understanding
- Fluency in English
