Here you will actively develop and implement strategies to improve lifecycle management of analytical methods implementing standardized processes, developing best practice in analytical science and drive their global implementation.- In your role you will have opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across the network and lead international teams.- You will be responsible to drive the lifecycle management of analytical methods for Pharma products and define, implement and monitor standardized processes for continuous improvement of analytical methods with strong focus on solid dosage forms - You will be responsible to evaluate analytical method performance in collaboration with QC units and anticipate related business challenges, support in complex investigations - You will define and maintain communication lines between Product development and QC internally and externally with collaboration partners and CMOs and utilize external labs with respect to the business challenges - You will drive, maintain and monitor the standard process and the global implementation of preparation of analytical method transfer documents - You will be responsible to develop best practices in analytical science and drive their global implementation and continuous improvement - You will drive, guide and support local AS&T units in organizational and professional topics, monitoring KPIs and performance - You will keep track of regulatory requirements and technological trends in pharmaceutical analytical science and leverage them to the QC sites **Who we are looking for** - You have a university degree (or equivalent) in pharmacy, chemistry or life sciences with a background in analytical chemistry, preferably with a PhD - You have at least 8 years' experience in a similar role in quality, manufacturing or development - You have experience in the development of analytical methods and their transfer to the GMP environment - You have in-depth knowledge of analytical methods for pharmaceutical products and solid dosage forms - You can coordinate and lead interdisciplinary teams - You are used to working in international teams and matrix organisations and have an understanding of the needs of the business **What we offer** - An open corporate culture with fast decision-making processes and a lot of potential for your personal development - Individual development and training opportunities - Flexible working hours and mobile working up to 2 days per week (depending on the job profile) - Job ticket for the RMV region and Job Bike - Childcare allowance - Health-promoting offers such as Wellpass or the STADA Gym (free of charge) - Numerous additional benefits such as group accident insurance or supplementary pension scheme - Subsidized cafeteria- STADA Group promotes its diverse culture, regardless of gender, age, social or ethnic origin, disabilities, religion, ideology or sexual orientation.
