Together we are on an exciting growth journey and want to successfully shape the future of STADA.- **Head of Global Strategic Insights (f/m/d)** - Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Permanent**What you can expect**: - Active participation in key strategic projects and participate in cross functional team discussions. - Proactively identify and drive new market opportunities based on market data research. - Enable senior management to make strategic decisions by bringing external perspective and data-based insights through impactful presentation to help make robust evidence-based decisions (monthly business reports). - Participate in business review meetings to evaluate brand and portfolio performance. - Guide development and integration of market insight and analytics helping STADA to frame business problems, shape strategies and drive performance (KPIs) in line with business strategy. - Drive initiatives to improve the quality of market understanding and forecasting through analogue and benchmarking exercises based on secondary data and competitor intelligence. - Foster collaboration with multiple stakeholders including R&D, finance, market access and priority markets. - Support the implementation of processes and changes, to include helping colleagues navigate change. - Drive innovation and capability building, including new techniques, data sources, and automation to enhance process efficiency and value of insights. - Consistently monitor execution of MR projects to support performance and growth of key brand strategies across STADA. - Ensure tight alignment with Brand Internationalization teams, Portfolio Management, and local Insights /Marketing teams. - Add value as a MR functional expert in designing innovative research approaches to answer key business questions. - Develop and lead innovative MR tools (digital, social media listening). - Ensure high-impact analysis of MR results in conjunction with other sources of information. - Deliver on agreed-upon targets (timing, budget, and outcomes/deliverables). **Who we are looking for**: - Strong business acumen and solution-orientation mindset. - Ability to build relationships, collaborate and influence across organization. - Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry (10+ years). - Strategic thinking and understanding of sales and marketing business practices - Entrepreneurial mindset to impact leadership and high emotional intelligence. - Be comfortable with advising and challenging senior executives. - High degree of creativity and innovation in developing new approaches, processes, and methodologies. - Strong written & verbal communication, to have a persuasive & credible presentation style. - Proven ability to lead manage multiple, complex demands with a sense of urgency. - Strong market research and analytical expertise, and excellent forecasting skills. **What we offer** - An open corporate culture with fast decision-making processes and a lot of potential for your personal development - Individual development and training opportunities - Flexible working hours and mobile working (depending on the job profile) - Job ticket for the RMV region and Job Bike - Reimbursement of costs for public transportation - Childcare allowance - Health-promoting offers such as Qualitrain or the STADA Gym (free of charge) - Numerous additional benefits such as "future payment", group accident insurance, supplementary pension scheme, and chemical industry pension fund - And much more...- Would you like to know whether our STADA values are a good fit for you?
