**What you’ll do**

As part of our People & Culture (P&C) Business Operations Team you as the Business Operations Associate will contribute to longer-term P&C initiatives and processes as part of a larger team. You will be assigned to a dedicated business operations initiative, senior business leader or process and will work alongside other experts to drive simplified and standardized processes and systems for improving business productivity and ultimate success.

**What you bring**
- Strong organizational skills in managing smaller tasks efficiently
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in both English and German language
- Good understanding of MS Office suite, especially Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel
- Basic analytical skills: an understanding of translating data into insights for day-to-day business requests
- General experience working within operations related fields is an advantage
- Basic experience with the enhancement of business and process performance, project and change management is an advantage
- Ability to facilitate support for standards, processes, tools and guidelines is an advantage
- Basic understanding of HR related organizations is a plus

Within People & Culture business Operations we are acting as key contributors and partners to the business function of People & Culture, supporting them to be successful and deliver on targets while ensuring successful business performance.
