**The Opportunity**:
The Immigration Compliance Advisor will work to support international students at the Arden Study Centre in Berlin.

This will require the management of cases throughout the student lifecycle—from applicant to student to alumnus—to ensure that Arden meet their regulatory obligations to relevant authorities. It will include liaison with the recruitment and admissions teams, ensuring all requirements for the visa and enrolment process have been met as well as ongoing visa/residence permit support and record management of international students in the Berlin Centre.

The role holder will be required to understand and implement the University’s Immigration processes in accordance with German authorities.

**About You**:
To be successful as a **Immigration Compliance Advisor** you must have:

- Proven track record of relevant work experience in an immigration advisory service
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present in a confident and knowledgeable manner
- Planning and organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of spoken and written German to a minimum of B2+
- Comprehensive knowledge of the visa regulatory requirements in Germany
- Prior experience of drafting and delivering training to internal stakeholders
