- **Head Health, Safety and Environment for Excellence & Services (all genders)** you are member of the HSE Leadership Team, actively contributing to and co-owning the unit strategy development - reporting to the Director Health, Safety & Environment. You are leading a team of 2 team managers with a total of 15 to 20 Senior HSE advisors/experts, especially you take care of

**Your contribution to TenneT**:

- In this role you are responsible for establishing and maintaining the long term **corporate HSE strategy**, the **strategy roadmap** (short
- & midterm) as well as ensuring its integration to the overall corporate TenneT vision/strategy. You ensure as **owner **of the **HSE Management System** - the establishing and maintaining of TenneTs HSE management system framework, processes and requirements
- You actively contribute to the **establishment **of pro
- active **HSE culture** by strategic programs, skill development and coaching
- You ensure that the company keeps up to date on **legal **and **company HSE requirements** and industry association HSE norms as well as safeguarding organizational compliance with all current HSE regulations
- You **represent **TenneT in TSO industry sector, towards authorithies and non governmental organisations, e.g. on joint industry initiatives, forums
- You **promote **the **creation** of **partnerships **with contractors and define minimum criteria for control, evaluation and assurance of contractors and suppliers (SHE requirements contractors)
- You establish a corporate **HSE performance monitoring/evaluation**, including incident statistics and trends (trending analysis and report on quarterly basis) and encourage cross unit learning & best practices sharing. This includes establishing and maintaining an incident management system (currently zenya) and facilitate its use as well as reporting to internal & external stakeholders
- You take care of the **developing**, **implementing **(roll-out) and **maintaining TenneTs HSE risk management framework** to be used throughout TenneT, this includes aspects like risk matrix, acceptance criteria, ALARP, hierarchy of controls

**Your profile and background**:

- To start with, you have an **academic working** and** thinking level** and a relevant **master degree **in Business Administration or advanced courses (profound experiences) - furthermore you have **profound working experience** in general and in a leading position with proven track record in business performance management and business performance improvement - preferably in environmental or safety engineering in sectors like **Energy **and **Technology**:
