HR Assistant (M/F/d) with good German and English language skills

on a temporary employment (contract staffing) basis.

Tasks

In particular, the jobholder will be asked to perform the following tasks:

- Providing specialised and operational support throughout the employment cycle, in particular, the recruitment process, the performance management, the training and development, the leave administration, ensuring timely compliance with Agency standards and requirements;
- Handle the HR helpdesk with staff queries;
- Undertake designated tasks as a key user of the HR operating system as requested in a timely and effective manner;
- Input and edit HR data and carry out defined processes ensuring high quality outputs;
- Administrative support to HR projects on ad-hoc basis;
- Undertake designated administration tasks within the recruitment, induction, training and health and well-being fields in an efficient manner.

**Requirements**:
Experience, qualification and language skills
- Post-secondary education attested by a diploma, preferably in the field of Business administration / Human Resource Management relations;
- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar position.
- Expert knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Very good command of oral and written English (C1 level) is essential.
- Good level of German is very much appreciated

- Interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
