Tasks
**Advisor**: Spot gaps in our technical hiring strategies and come up with creative solutions.
- Tool Pro: Optimize tools like FlairHR and Join to streamline recruitment processes and train the team to use them effectively.
- Connector: Build strong relationships between stakeholders and recruitment teams, fostering collaboration.
- Expert: Navigate complex employment law issues and mitigate risks with confidence.
- Culture Champion: Make sure our company culture shines through in every stage of the hiring process.
- Talent Finder: Build talent pipelines using creative sourcing methods and stay ahead of hiring needs.
- Goal Setter: Define and track team KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 8+ years of solid background in technical recruitment and a strong understanding of tech roles. Furthermore you are highly used to work with Active Sourcing Tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or XING Talentmanager and HR Tools like flairHR, Personio, or similar
- Communication: Clear, audience-focused communication and the ability to foster open feedback.
- Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset, valuing diverse perspectives and constructive discussions.
- Proactivity: A hands-on attitude, ready to tackle challenges and improve processes.
- Mentorship: A knack for coaching and empowering your team to grow and succeed.

**Please note**: this is not a remote only position, we offer you a flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg, Germany - working from home on Mondays & Fridays, coming to the office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday : )
