**Your role and responsibilities**:
We are looking for a driven and reliable Teamleader Accounting (m|f|div) in the field of Accounts Payable who will be holding disciplinary responsibility for all AP staff and signing authority per company policies. Proactively escalate critical business issues, strive for improvements, ensure tax compliance, and complete delegated tasks according to current work instructions.

- Leading AP Team
- Control and lead closing processes (monthly / quarterly) SAP related
- Control and lead closing processes (monthly / quarterly) STRAVIS related processes and procedures
- Internal and external contact person for general accounting questions
- Internal and external contact person for payroll related accounting questions
- Improve internal processes and systems to reduce workload or potential risks based on KPI and other data

**Your profile**:

- Leadership role for longer than 2 years in an international operating company
- 5 years or more general accounting experience
- Experience in tax compliance, especially VAT
- Very good MS Excel and MS Power Point skills
- Very gookd SAP skills, ESKER skills are a plus
- Fluent in spoken and written German and English; further language skills are a plus
- Very good knowledge about continuous improvement (KAIZEN)
- Strong and self-responsible time management
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt and change
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details required
- Ability to multitask and be self directed
- Hands on mentality
- Good analytical skills
