Your future team

You will join the international Finance department, which consist of 30+ colleagues from 10+ countries. We are passionate about working hard towards our goals, but we also know how to have fun and enjoy time together outside of the office with our regular team events. Your manager will be Alex, the Group CFO, who oversees 4 teams in Finance. In this environment, you will have the unique opportunity to understand and analyze the growth engine that sits behind Holidu’s outstanding development. It will be your contribution to bring strategic corporate finance, financial analysis, and investor relations to the next level, ensuring continued success and growth of our start-up. Your role in this journey
- Take a critical role in further building up Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations to ultimately augment value and positioning of Holidu.
- Closely work with CFO and CEO on Board of Directors engagement (Board meetings, ad-hoc requests, deep-dive analyses etc.).
- Drive planning, scenario and simulation efforts, ensuring profitable growth after our Series E Support with M&A activities (e.g. financial DD and post-merger financial integration).
- Independently identify critical business trends from our financial reporting, conduct own analyses for further insights, and support the Finance leadership in strategic guidance.
- Constantly improve the way we present Holidu to the investor community.
- Conduct external competitor analysis and market intelligence.
- Support CFO with various further strategic topics and/or ad-hoc projects.

Your backpack is filled with
- University degree with outstanding results; Master/MBA preferred.
- Several years in Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, or similar.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; Looker or SQL advantageous.
- Proven versatility in being able to tackle a vast range of finance topics.
- Demonstrated outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong stakeholder management.
- Ability to inspire colleagues, true ownership for your topics, and excellent self-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of investment markets and dynamics in private capital.
- Highest ethical standards, radiating our Holidu values.
- Fully proficient in English, German language is a plus.
