**Associate Debt Financing M&A / Corporate Finance (m/w/d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**

In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie das Team bei der Finanzierung von M&A Transaktionen sowie bei der Durchführung von (Re-) Finanzierungen unserer Portfoliounternehmen. Ferner sind Sie Ansprechpartner für Finanzierungspartner, Berater, Investmentteam und Beteiligungsmanager bei sämtlichen die Finanzierung betreffenden Fragestellungen.

**Ihr Profil**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches, technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Universitätsstudium
- 1-3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Corporate oder Investment Banking (Leveraged Finance oder M&A), Debt Advisory oder Private Equity
- Grundkenntnisse unterschiedlichster Finanzierungsformen (Cash Flow & Asset Based Lending, Kapitalmarktprodukte)
- Idealerweise erstes Strukturierungs-Know-how von Finanzierungslösungen
- Prozess-/Projektmanagementerfahrung im Rahmen von Finanzierungs
- und M&A-Transaktionen
- Ausgeprägte analytische und technische Fähigkeiten, einschl. Financial Modeling
- Grundkenntnisse üblicher Finanzierungs
- und Sicherheitenverträge sowie Finanzkennzahlen bzw. sonstiger Covenants
- Verhandlungssichere (deutsche und) englische Sprachkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprache(n) von Vorteil
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insb. Excel)
