**Das erwartet Sie bei uns**

- Unterstützung bei der Beantwortung von HR relevanten Fragen der Mitarbeiter, von A - wie Anstellungsverträgen bis Z - wie Zeugnissen

- Verantwortung von Teilarbeitspaketen in großen HR-Jahresprozessen, wie z.B. die Prüfung von Altersteilzeitanträgen oder T-ZUG

- Mitarbeit bei HR internen Projekten, wie z.B. bei der Migration in eine neue HR-Service Delivery Solution

- Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Optimierung von HR-Prozessabläufen

- Einbringungen und Umsetzung von eigenen Ideen und Verbesserungsvorschlägen

**Das bringen Sie mit**

- Studium der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaft mit Vertiefung HR, Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs

- Erste praktische Kenntnisse im Bereich HR wünschenswert

- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Gewissenhaftigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
