As an Exercise Planner, you’ll bring your leadership and your tactical, operational and technical, background to collaborate with thought leaders in Army Exercises on projects for the Army client. You’ll use your skills as you develop, plan, analyze, and assess, exercises for the client.

**You Have**:

- 3+ years of experience on a Brigade level staff or above
- 3+ years of experience planning, coordinating, and executing exercises at the Brigade level or above
- 2+ years of experience working with NATO or partner nation forces
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree

**Nice If You Have**:

- 3+ years of experience on a Division level staff or above
- 3+ years of experience planning, coordinating, and executing exercises at the Division level or above
- Knowledge of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) operations
- Knowledge of with European Theater Plans and Operations
- TS/SCI clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
