**Summary**:
Yorktown Systems Group, Inc. (YSG) is seeking a highly qualified COUNTERINTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS PLANNER (Balkans), USAREUR ITSS to provide intelligence technical support services to the US Army Europe (USAREUR) G2 (Intelligence Directorate). These services will be provided to the USAREUR Area of Responsibility (AOR) which includes, but may not be limited to, Central and Eastern Europe, and potentially other combatant commands with the region of Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. The USAREUR G2 provides intelligence support to land forces in the European Command (EUCOM) theater of operations and provides oversight and staff supervision of subordinate intelligence organizations and activities. The required intelligence technical support consists of intelligence analysis, operations and planning, security support, and information systems operation, maintenance, and sustainment.

**Specific duties may include, but are not limited to**:

- Provides counterintelligence planning support to include briefings and debriefings
- Develops and coordinates CI support to operations and exercises.
- Provides professional advice and recommendations regarding CI support to Research and Technology Protection; assesses and identifies alternative approaches for CI support to Force Protection to include participation in vulnerability assessments and surveillance detection.
- Provides guidance and technical support to surveillance tactics, CI operations, tradecraft, DoD CI Counterespionage (CE) investigations.
- Assesses, reviews, and revises training requirements to ensure unit operational readiness for current and future operations.
- Participates in role-playing practical exercises and serves as an operational mentor.
- Attends mission planning conferences and remains current and knowledgeable of CI intelligence structure and architecture.

**Job Requirements**: Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, and 6 years of directly related intelligence experience; OR 10+ years of directly related military intelligence experience including appropriate military and civilian training in the counterintelligence analysis field.
- Graduate of the Counterintelligence Force Protection Source Operations Course (CFSO), Field Training Course (FTC), Military Operations Training Course (MOTC), or Advanced Counterintelligence Training Course (AFCITC) is desired; if not a graduate of any of these courses, relevant experience will be weighed heavily.
- The Counterintelligence Operations Planner must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the intelligence cycle and architecture, to include planning, collection, research, analysis, and production.

**Clearance**: Top Secret with SCI Access.

**Location**:Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo.

**Travel**:travel will be required.
