**Tasks**:

- Management of general ledgers and sub-ledgers
- Processing accounts payable and receivable invoices and monitoring open items
- Processing of payment transactions
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Posting of prepared salary and travel expenses
- Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
- Preparation of budgets, outlooks as well as financial and liquidity planning

**Your profile**:

- Completed commercial education, ideally as a balance sheet accountant or tax clerk
- Several years of professional experience in accounting, especially in the preparation of annual financial statements
- Good knowledge of accounting and tax legislation
- Confident handling of MS Office, ideally DATEV or other accounting systems
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in **German and English**:

- Good self-organisation, proactive, results-oriented and reliable
- Collaborative, a great team player who is self-confident, resilient, capable and comfortable working alone, as with the team
