A unique global company that responds to various outsourcing needs in manufacturing is currently looking to recruit an Accountant at their office near Dusseldorf.
Business level of fluency in German and English will be required. Understanding of Japanese culture and some Japanese language skill will be advantageous.

**TYPE**: Permanent, full-time
**WORKING HOURS**: Monday - Friday start between 8-9am, finish between 4-5pm
**SALARY**: up to 4,000 EURO per month (Gross) depending on experience, plus bonus (depending on company’s performance) & travel fee
**START**: ASAP
**LOCATION**: near Dusseldorf, Germany (After probation, 2 days working from home applicable)

**ACCOUNTANT RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Posting current business transactions on general ledgers and subledgers (accounts payable, general ledger and fixed assets accounting)
- Process payment transactions, cash and bank bookings
- Perform the Intercompany reconciliations
- Posting accrued and deferred items
- Support on creating monthly, quarterly and annual accounts in compliance with HGB and IFRS
- Participation in the preparation of management analysis as well as reports on the cost centre level

**ACCOUNTANT IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Completed commercial apprenticeship, degree in business administration or comparable qualification
- At least 2-3 year working experience in accounting
- Good knowledge on ERP system, ideally SAP/ Iscala
- Business level of fluency in English and German
- Understanding of Japanese culture and some Japanese language skill will be advantageous

**All applicants must have the right to work in Germany as the Company is not able to offer visa support.**

**Salary**: Up to 4,000.00€ per month

- Düsseldorf: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
