We are looking for a **Team Lead Sales Operations** (M/F/d) in full-time, at the location Glashütte near Dresden & hybrid.
**Your mission**
Sales Operations is the vital link between production and point of sales: we facilitate information exchange between key stakeholders, contribute the relevant business intelligence, steer the product allocation decision process, and execute the distribution into the on
- and offline channels of our global network.
The position reports to the Head of International Business Development and Commercial Strategy.
**Your challenges**
- **_SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (DOWNSTREAM)_**
- Lead and monitor the efficiency of the allocation process and the quality of allocation decision-making for finished goods.
- Develop clear plan and roles across all distribution channels (retail, wholesale, eBusiness)
- Ensure good connections and collaboration among the production, retail, Business Planning and market teams.
- Reach the optimal allocation decisions by leading the monthly allocation meeting with markets.
- Accountable for smooth and perfect allocation execution from HQ to markets.
- Support the RID Central Sales Operations team so that allocation and return/buy back decisions are executed by them at RID at the reference level.
- Accountable for special order process, guidelines and operations of the finished goods.
- Accountable for straps and buckles supply chain operations and processes.
- Accountable for POS materials replenishment operations.
- Developing the future target state of our operating model with key stakeholders in operations, retail, client, controlling etc.
- Representing our specific business needs in the solution design phases of the group project
- Leading the internal project and roll-out team, coordinating internal stakeholders, and ensuring business continuity during transformation
- **_TEAM MANAGEMENT_**
- Check and challenge reports prepared by Operations team.
- Disciplinary and technical leadership and guidance:
- Manage Operations and eBusiness team member on day-to-day basis.
- Assign individual responsibilities, challenge and support them to reach results. Evaluate progress and results (PMP).
- Learning and development:
- Transfer and maintain the sense of belonging and passion for working at ALS.
- Encourage and support team development and practice team growth by pushing boundaries.
- Develop team member’s capabilities, new skills though coaching and assigning new projects/experience. Evaluate outputs and offer reflective discussions to grow further.
- Recruitment:
- Onboard and train new team member as a part of “Lange family.” Monitor the team and take necessary Human Resources decisions to restructure the team.
**Your profile**
- Education / studies in the field of economics, business administration, supply chain management, or related field
- Team player, strong in building positive working relationships across functional and hierarchical boundaries.
- Leadership skills / experience
- Deeply analytical and a strategical thinker
- Professional experience in sales and service of an internationally active group or many years of experience in strategic planning and supply chain management
- Independent thinker and worker
- Willingness to learn the fine watchmaking business with diligence and perseverance.
- Excellent command of German and English. Additional language fluency is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel, PowerPoint and BI Solutions
- Knowledge of SAP and/or other ERP systems
